An old man carrying a vintage radio on a bus really shouldn’t be that notable, but for some reason, a fellow passenger feels compelled to follow him. After being led to a seedy building where several other elderly people with radios are gathered in a waiting room, things take a surprising turn.
AUTHOR NOTE:
When I used to commute to work in New York City umpteen years ago, I often found that my fellow passengers had stories that were as varied and fascinating as I could ever imagine. This story is inspired by those days with a little bit of a science fiction twist thrown in.
